What is covered
Consoles, handhelds, controllers, headsets and accessories bought from Sevenseas are covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects.
What is not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, opened or modified hardware, and normal wear such as stick drift caused by heavy use are not covered.
How to claim
Send your order number, a short description and a video of the fault by email. We will arrange collection, then repair or replace the item.
