Change of mind

You can return any unopened item in its original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to arrange a collection.

For hygiene and licensing reasons, opened games, headsets and digital codes cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 7 days, contact us and we will replace it at no cost, including collection. After that, our 12-month warranty applies to hardware.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, refunds are issued within 5 working days. Card payments are refunded to the original card; cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
