Delivery to Saudi Arabia

We deliver consoles, controllers and games free of charge to every region of Saudi Arabia. Here is what to know before you order.

Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Eastern Province, Asir, Tabuk, Qassim, Hail, Northern Borders, Jazan, Najran, Al Bahah, Al Jawf.

Delivery fee

Delivery is free on every order to Saudi Arabia, with no minimum order and no shipping fee at checkout.

Shipping and customs

Orders are sent from Dubai and cross the border into the Kingdom. Saudi customs may charge import duty or taxes when the parcel arrives; these are not included in our prices and are collected by the courier or customs.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams. You pay by card on our secure Shopify checkout, and your bank converts the amount; it may add a currency conversion fee.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier, and can be longer during public holidays and busy periods. The courier contacts you to arrange delivery.

Your delivery details

Enter your address and mobile number carefully when you order, as the courier may call or message you to arrange delivery.

Cancellations and returns

All sales are final. If an item you ordered is not available, we cancel the order or the unavailable part and refund the amount to the same payment method. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
